:30, another press conference will be held in new orleans. coaches jim and john harbaugh are expected to speak this morning. kron four's will tran is also live from new orleans with the latest on what's happening down there just days before the super bowl. we'll be checking in with him at 4:30. in preparation for the super bowl, the niners practiced outside yesterday for the first time in new orleans. and the baltimore ravens were briefly right nearby. the niners practice overlapped for 10 minutes with the ravens, although drapes from local merchants were used to separate the practices and ensure privacy. coach jim harbaugh credited the collaborative effort to quote ""cooperating sprits."" practice has been held inside at tulane university the last few days due to weather conditions. linebackers aldon smith and ahmad brooks were limited in practice for the second day with shoulder injuries. >> and we all know that when the raven and the niners play each other on sunday, their coaches will make n-f- l history. melissa raney has more on the story behind the brothers. >> this sunday, tens of boun
the brothers on the field and the last. jim harbaugh and his baltimore ravens beating jim harbaugh and the san francisco 49ers despite a promising looking come back in the third quarter. >> that's the talk this morning, the big game, the big part power outage, and a big comeback. the power and outage lasted more than 30 minutes of the third quarter that brought up to 49 as fans. the ravens starting of the first half of the game with three touchdown passes from mvp joe flak go to open up a 21 to 6 lead over the liners. in the second half a run back for a touchdown and that really set things off with a 22 point lead. then the lights go out, called divine intervention. as i havthe night of trailing 28 to 61 the power went out with the niners came back to life with 17 points over a four minute stretch in the third quarter including kapernick with the symbol record aug. run by quarterback for a touchdown, 15 yds. bring the scored 28 to 23 ravens. after then baltimore to get 31 to 23 lead and the niners scored a touchdown to cut its a 31 to 29 with a failed two-point conversion. baltimore then added

in the 1985 season. he also was a coach of a guy by the name of jim harbaugh who was his quarterback. they are both firey guys. firey personalities and there was a time when they just frankly didn't get along all that well. but he says he's mellowed in his later years. the two guys have a lot in common. >> that's when he was a competitor. you told him he couldn't do it, he did it. he wanted to prove he could do anything. that's what he was 37 he was an achiever. he drove himself through high school college and pro ball. he made himself who he was. i think what is inside a guy is sometimes better than what we think outside a guy. i like what these two guys have brought to the table. this family has no be tremendously proud. it will never happen again in major league sports. and i say that and i think i'll live long enough that you will never see it happen. i think they would rather be playing somebody else. somebody has to win and somebody has to lose. the parents have to go through that and they've got to go through that. you are pulling for yourself and pulling against your brother.
because it's been named off the harbaugh brothers, john and jim. they have been friendly rivals and they've been not-so-friendly rivals almost from the day these two were born. and they held a joint news conference in new orleans. this was really much anticipated. it happened just a short while ago. they were asked the improbable question if either one would ever consider working for the other brother. >> i would love to work for jim. we almost made it happen at stanford at one time. and it'd be an honor to have him on the staff, great coach. you always try to get great coaches and none better than jim harbaugh. and i mean that seriously. no better coach in the national football league than this guy sitting right here. >> oh, as the mother of two boys who are also just months apart, that's how i want mine to grow up. of course, no brother -- one of them, one of the brothers is going to go down in defeat on sunday and they were asked what that could be like. >> it's not really about how we're going to feel. every coach, every player in the organization, when you win, everybody is -- it's
